Feel those muscles burn! This is a great class for strengthening and toning all the muscles of the body! We use the principles of pilates & ballet with resistance bands to work those muscles along to some great music!

Join me for 30 mins of mobility. We move through lovely poses and stretches to free the aches and pains and you will start the day feeling ready for anything!
